Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with customers in our community and expand access to high-speed data and communication solutions.

You will spend most time outdoors visiting leads, presenting proposals, and closing sales for Spectrum Internet, TV, and Mobile. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

This role offers a base salary with strong incentives, and total compensation can exceed $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel door to door in local communities.
• Ability to lift 10–20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning and order entry.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities in territory.
