Job summary

TRIPLE J EXPRRESS TIRE & LUBE INC in Tamuning, Guam, is seeking a Service Coordinator to connect customers, sales personnel, and tire technicians to coordinate service requests, scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and assisting with invoicing.

You will build product knowledge, maintain accurate records in the POS system, and prepare quotes and repair orders using established pricing. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of one year office administration experience is preferred.
Minimum of one year’s sales experience is a plus.
Strong planning and organizational skills are required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with a POS system.

Responsibilities

Coordinate commercial service requests from start to finish, including scheduling and dispatching technicians.
Prepare quotes and repair orders using established pricing and procedures.
Create and finalize accurate invoices using service records and pricing; maintain records in POS.
Follow up with customers after service and resolve concerns per company procedures.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
