Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers while maintaining a customer-focused service mindset.

You will inspect homes, assess customer needs, and collaborate with our branch team to drive revenue and service delivery. Excellent communication and a valid driver’s license are required; travel up to 100% within territory may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license in your state.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 100% of time within territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve issues and upsell services.
• Document home diagrams and sales activities in CRM.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales.
