Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers while delivering exceptional customer service. You will assess customer needs, present solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize revenue and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspecting homes, developing proposals, and following up on opportunities. Travel within territory is required, and you will operate CRM tools to document activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clarity on layout.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to service installations for satisfactory completion.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
