Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Pest Control Consultant focused on selling pest management services to residential customers. You will act as the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and delivering tailored pest control solutions.

Responsibilities include inspecting homes, proposing treatments, collaborating with internal teams, and using our Sales CRM to document and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from resident state.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess pest harborage and entries.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop customer proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of the home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
