Highgate Hotels is seeking a Front Office Manager for Residence Inn Isla Verde in Carolina, Puerto Rico. The role ensures Guest Services, Concierge, and Transportation operate warmly, efficiently, and profitably while maximizing occupancy.

The manager will supervise Front Desk staff, optimize rate strategies, and uphold Highgate SOPs. Strong customer service, supervision, and computer skills are essential for guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hotel or related experience.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work long hours as needed.
• Ability to manage front desk operations and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests, problems, or complaints at the Front Desk in a timely, courteous manner.
• Lead, coach, and discipline Guest Services staff per Highgate SOPs.
• Prepare and conduct all Guest Services interviews and follow hiring procedures.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through daily rate and occupancy review.
• Attend daily Rooms Merchandizing and Monthly Rooms meetings.
• Coordinate front office operations and ensure smooth guest experiences.
