Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; drive and talent over diplomas.
• 1+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (internships count)
• Strong phone presence and willingness to make outbound calls to new prospects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a passion for winning
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRM software, LinkedIn, and other sales tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
