Omni Remodeling is seeking an Event Marketing Specialist to grow appointment volume through public events and retail outreach. You will engage attendees, identify homeowners, and generate qualified leads while maintaining a professional brand presence.

Responsibilities include representing Omni Remodeling at events, managing booth setup, submitting lead cards, and achieving performance targets. Must be able to stand for long periods and travel across MD/VA/DC as needed.

Qualifications

• Comfortable engaging with the public in busy environments.
• Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel regionally.
• Authorized to work at all event locations; able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and self-set in-home appointment opportunities.
• Represent Omni Remodeling professionally at all events and adhere to appearance standards.
• Maintain event displays, stocks, and materials for a polished booth.
• Complete lead cards accurately and document customer information for downstream teams.
• Meet appointment and lead-generation goals; participate in coaching and continuous improvement.
