Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking an Event Associate to join the team in Fort Worth, TX. This part-time role offers a fun, high-energy environment where you anticipate guest needs and exceed service expectations, while helping run events and maintain the upbeat guest experience.

Experience in hospitality is preferred, but not required. You will work varied shifts including weekends, with opportunities for tips and career growth within a rapidly expanding family entertainment company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule (days, nights, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Host entire event, supervise activities and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain proper food and beverage temperature and correct utensils were used.
• Deliver energetic guest service with a sense of urgency.
• Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with Guests and co-workers.
• Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
