Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking an Event Associate for a part-time role with potential tips. You will anticipate guest needs and deliver a fun, high-energy atmosphere while supporting event spaces, activities, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
Must be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
Ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
Set up and break down event spaces per event contract and floor diagram.
Host events, supervise activities and ensure guests are pleased with their visit.
Maintain food and beverage temperature and proper utensils usage.
Deliver energetic guest service with a sense of urgency.
Observe and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff.
