Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Friendly, upbeat attitude and sociable demeanor.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests to create a positive first impression.
• Seat guests and manage guest flow to ensure smooth service.
• Provide information about the restaurant, menu, and specials.
• Accommodate guest requests and allergies with attention to detail.
• Assist with delivering food to tables as needed.
• Support service staff with table setup, turnover, and cleaning.
• Monitor guest safety and adherence to guidelines.
• Assist with guest recovery to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Andretti brand, products, and policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
