Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking an Event Associate to join the team on a part-time basis with the potential for earning tips. Event Associates anticipate guest needs and help create a fun, exciting atmosphere across venues, assisting guests in various areas while upholding Andretti's high standards.

Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, setting up event spaces, hosting events, supervising activities, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Set up and break down event spaces per event contract and diagrams.
• Host entire event, supervise activities and ensure guests are pleased with their visit.
• Maintain proper food and beverage temperature and correct utensils are used.
• Deliver energetic guest service with a sense of urgency.
• Observe and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
