Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a part-time Host to create a fun, high-energy guest experience. You will welcome guests, seat parties, relay information about specials, and support servers and kitchen while upholding our standards of quality and safety.

Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred, with a focus on cheerful interactions and teamwork in a fast-paced environment across our family entertainment venues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Meet, greet and seat Guests to ensure positive Guest experiences.
• Make fair and consistent seating decisions for Guests and parties.
• Provide information regarding all aspects of the restaurant and company.
• Tend to guest special needs and allergies, coordinating with staff as needed.
• Assist with delivering food to Guests and supporting the service team.
• Support the Busser department in setup, breakdown and cleaning of tables.
• Observe safety guidelines and communicate expectations clearly to Guests.
• Assist with guest recovery and notify management when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of the Andretti brand, products and policies.
