Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Arizona Safe Food Handler Certificate and Title 4 Alcohol Certification (or within 15 days of hire).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Setup and Breakdown: prepare venues with chairs, tables, stages, and A/V equipment.
• Guest Services: welcome guests, provide information, and cashier as needed.
• Logistical Support: assist event manager with registrations and ticketing.
• Safety and Compliance: follow safety protocols and fire code regulations.
• Customer Service: address questions promptly and professionally.
• Flexibility: cross-trained to fill in other department roles as needed.
