Scotch Institute of ENT, a division of ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida, is seeking a Medical Receptionist for a part-time role, with potential for full-time for the right candidate. The main office is in Wesley Chapel, with a second location in Trinity, and occasional travel may be required.

The ideal candidate will manage check-ins, appointments, and multi-line phone systems, while delivering exceptional patient service and accurate insurance information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR and medical records management is desired.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service to patients and guests.
• Answer multi-line phone system and route calls.
• Greet patients, check in, verify insurance, and collect required information.
• Distribute intake forms and explain office policies and documents.
• Process patient payments for co-pays and uninsured visits.
• Verify insurance details.
• Schedule appointments based on provider availability.
• Offer patient support and guidance as needed.
