Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience with a concentration in labor and employment law.
• Admission to California bar.
• Experience with employment litigation (discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination) and wage & hour litigation.
• Familiarity with employment counseling (policies and manuals, wage/hour counseling) and excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Litigate discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and wage/hour claims.
• Provide counseling to clients on employment policies and procedures.
