Job summary

JBA International in Los Angeles is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate on the defense side with a minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience. Our Labor and Employment practice covers employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage and hour defense, and traditional labor matters.

Candidates will handle investigations before the DOL, DIR, DLSE and EEOC, appear before the NLRB on union matters, and prosecute claims in federal and state courts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience defending federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions.
• Experience handling investigations by DOL, DIR, DLSE, and EEOC.
• Experience appearing before the NLRB on union-related matters.
• Admitted to practice in California; JD from ABA-accredited law school.
