Qualifications

• 3-8 years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, non-compete, and wage and hour disputes.
• Handle defense of single-plaintiff cases, as well as class and collective actions.
• Draft and argue motions, including motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions.
• Conduct investigations, interviews, and preparation of witnesses for depositions and trial testimony.
• Oversee and conduct all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, subpoenas, and document review.
