Clark Hill is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Labor & Employment practice in Atlanta, Georgia. Qualified candidates must have at least five years of legal practice experience and be licensed to practice law in Georgia.

The role focuses on extensive employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and restrictive covenant enforcement, with opportunity for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience litigating employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes and covenant enforcement.
• Significant litigation experience, including drafting and arguing pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery motions and managing all phases of complex employment litigation.
• Experience taking and defending depositions and preparing witnesses.
• Strong strategic thinking and case management skills with the ability to assess risk and advocate in high-stakes matters.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized with a solid work ethic.
• Excellent writing, oral advocacy, communication and legal research skills.
• Willingness to learn basic commercial contract review is a plus.
