Job summary

Fusion Sign & Design LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and streamline client and sales requests. Responsibilities include generating art requests, compiling scopes of work, and coordinating site surveys.

You will also prepare quotations, solicit subcontractor bids, and manage product orders with vendors. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of project coordinator experience or equivalent in a support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to visit job sites if needed.
• Fluently speak and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Generate art requests for project design as assigned.
• Compile information for accurate scope of work and ensure site surveys are completed.
• Generate quotations per client scope of work.
• Solicit subcontractor bids for submittal to Project Manager.
• Generate product requests to local vendors and track delivery.
• Release projects to subcontractors as approved by Senior PM.
• Scan/archive permits and notify staff when ready.
• Coordinate permit activity reports with PM and Expeditor.
• Gather closing information from operations and maintain organized records.
• May visit job sites as required.
