Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 198-bed Level III trauma center in Farmington, NM. The role involves functioning in a team nursing model with a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, caring for patients with a variety of critical conditions. Applicants must have an Associate Degree in Nursing, a minimum of 2 years acute care experience, and must obtain New Mexico RN licensure prior to starting.

The position offers mid-shifts with three 12-hour shifts per week. Ideal candidates will have experience with trauma, stroke, STEMI, sepsis, and moderate sedation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in the Emergency Department.
• BLS certification required at time of submission.
• New Mexico RN licensure or Compact licensure to be obtained prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Function within a team nursing and Pod System model.
• Maintain a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in the main ED.
• Document using Cerner and manage trauma, stroke, and other critical cases.
