Responsibilities

• Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate technicians or drivers based on needs and availability.
• Maintain clear communication between customers, field staff, and internal teams.
• Monitor job status and provide real-time updates on appointments.
• Enter and track customer data, work orders, and service requests in dispatch/CRM systems.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining a positive experience.
• Coordinate scheduling changes and emergencies as needed.
• Assist with administrative duties including filing, reporting, and data entry.
• Ensure all interactions and records are documented accurately and timely.
