FedEx Logistics seeks a customer-focused professional to ensure timely release and movement of freight through meticulous documentation, broker coordination, and proactive problem solving. You will interact with customers, internal teams, and partners to uphold service levels and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities include handling payments, post-entry activities, and maintaining system data accuracy while leveraging MS Office tools and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 12 months of brokerage or transportation experience and/or customer service experience required.
• MS Office, Outlook, Office equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with the highest quality service and resolve issues to ensure timely release and/or movement of freight.
• Prepare, analyze, and submit documentation to U.S. Customs, agents, clients in accordance with laws and regs.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and service providers to meet customers' service requirements.
• Assist with payment terms, delinquent accounts, and post-entry activity.
