Job summary

FASTSIGNS® is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-growing sign-making environment. You will be the first contact for walk-in, email, and phone customers, handling estimates, work orders, and marketing programs to drive sales.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated, with excellent listening and communication skills, capable of building lasting customer relationships in a dynamic retail-center setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No experience needed.
• Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues.
• Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks.
• Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills preferred.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail, and email
• Maintains an attractive retail environment (clean, organized, and functional)
• Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Performs other duties as needed, such as answering the phone, helping at the front counter, consulting with customers, etc.
