Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Houston. You will be part of a supportive team, acting as the face of the company’s exceptional service and helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and related tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, using U-Scan technology, driving and hooking up equipment, and ensuring safety and accuracy in checks. Training and on-the-job education are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and help customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect and maintain equipment.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
