Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service, assisting customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and support across U-Haul locations.

You will work with a supportive team to ensure customers receive all necessary help for their journeys and to dispatch equipment using modern technology. The role includes hands-on training, potential for advancement, and benefits where eligible, with part-time hours at Texarkana, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Willingness to learn and use U-Scan technology.
• Adherence to safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and service equipment and ensure safe operation.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
