Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Houston, TX to be the friendly face of our service team and help customers throughout their rental journeys. You will assist customers, use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment, and participate in U-Haul education programs.

On-the-job training is provided with opportunities to earn bonuses and advance within the company. Ideal candidates are people-oriented, dependable, and ready to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to assist customers and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment; educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns; install hitches and wiring.
