Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our rental service. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan, and help inspect and prepare equipment for use. The role supports ongoing education through U-Haul University and may involve lifting and operating equipment.

We offer interviews with pay, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 cash bonus upon completing the Equipment Inspection program at retail stores. Training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record is required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns; educate customers.
