Job summary

Ideal Tridon Group is seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative at our Wesanco ZSi TN Strut Plant. You will liaise with customers, manage orders, credits, and RMAs, and coordinate ship dates with production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements include 3+ years in customer service, strong communication, and ERP/CRM system familiarity. The role supports a fast-paced manufacturing environment with emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls.
• Enter customer orders in our ERP system accurately and efficiently.
• Enter credits and RMAs in our ERP system.
• Learn our products and how they work.
• Coordinate new ship dates with the Production Scheduler for customers.
• Coordinate with freight carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
• Identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
• Provide accurate information using the right tools.
• Meet team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle complaints and provide solutions with timely follow-up.
• Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
