RK Supply seeks a Counter Sales Associate to process customer orders, manage inventory, and coordinate outbound shipments. You will enter orders, quotes, and discounts in NetSuite, unload and stock materials, and prepare shipments with attention to accuracy and safety.

The role requires warehouse experience, PVF product knowledge, and ability to operate forklifts and cranes; Excel proficiency and strong customer service are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required and documentation of eligibility to work.
• Two years of warehouse experience in a similar environment.
• Thorough knowledge of PVF materials and pricing.
• Ability to learn RK Supply software and scanning; certification to operate warehouse equipment.
• Certified on forklift trucks and overhead cranes; capable of operating other warehouse gear.
• Strong Excel skills; proficient in data entry and analysis.
• Customer service mindset with strong math, reasoning, and time-management abilities.

Mansioni

• Process orders received by e-mail, phone, or in person and enter into NetSuite.
• Enter and maintain purchase orders, quotes, and discounts as needed.
• Unload and inspect material; maintain site inventory and assist in audits.
• Stock, transfer, label, and organize material and equipment on shelves and bundles.
• Assemble and package customer orders for delivery; pull orders for shipment.
• Prepare outbound shipment documents and enter inventory data into NetSuite.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with OSHA safety policies.
• Report hazards, injuries, or illness immediately and maintain punctual attendance.
