Flatland Holdings LLC in Midland, TX is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to process customer orders and enter data in NetSuite. You will assemble orders, manage stock, and coordinate with branches to resolve shortages and errors.

The role requires forklift proficiency, basic math, and strong customer service. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors as needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years warehouse experience or similar environment.
• Knowledge of material pricing and PVF products is a plus.
• Able to learn RK Supply software and operate forklift safely.
• Strong math, analytical, and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Process orders by email, phone, or in person and enter into NetSuite.
• Maintain site inventory and assist in audits.
• Pull, pack, and ship orders; load/unload materials with forklift.
• Coordinate with branches on stock, shortages, and deliveries.
• Prepare documentation for outbound shipments and ensure accuracy.
