Job summary

RK Supply is seeking a Counter Sales Associate in Denver, CO. You will process orders received by email, phone, or in person and enter them into NetSuite. This role involves handling pipe, valves, and fittings, with responsibilities including order entry, inventory management, and coordinating supplier quotes.

The position requires two years of warehouse experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to operate forklift equipment. On-site work with occasional travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RK Supply product prices.
• Able to learn RK Supply software and operate forklift/forklift-related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain purchase orders and customer orders.
• Coordinate price quotes from vendors for resale.
• Monitor material expeditions and inventory levels, pro-actively or on request.
• Unload material from vendor trucks and inspect for RK quality standards.
• Maintain site inventory and perform audits as needed.
• Stock, transfer, and label material to correct locations.
• Assemble and package customer orders for delivery.
• Prepare outbound shipment documents and enter data into NetSuite.
• Maintain warehouse safety and OSHA compliance.
• Report to work daily and stay punctual.
