Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of RK Supply products and PVF pricing.
• Ability to learn RK Supply software and scanning.
• Forklift/overhead crane certification preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and numerical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain purchase orders, customer orders, procurement matches, and discounts.
• Monitor expedition of material and maintain current price levels.
• Obtain vendor price quotes for resale to customers.
• Answer internal and external inquiries; address warehouse errors, shortages, or damaged material.
• Unload material from vendor trucks; inspect for RK Supply quality standards.
• Assist in inventory audits and stock transfers; prepare outbound shipment docs.
