Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator in its Springfield, MO office to ensure project objectives are met on schedule and within budget by planning, directing, and coordinating activities.

This role supports Project Managers and relies on strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates should have prior coordination or assistant PM/engineering experience in construction or service sectors, and a Construction Management degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer.
• Construction Management degree preferred.
• Detail oriented and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, and allotment of available resources for the project phases.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority, and provide technical advice/troubleshooting.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports and adjust as needed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
