DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator in Springfield, MO to ensure project objectives are met by specified dates and within budget.

The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities with staff and project managers to maintain schedules and control costs. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of project coordination or similar experience, a construction management mindset, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in construction/service
• Construction Management Degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail in deadline-driven environments
• Mechanically minded or inclined
• Collaborates closely with Project Managers and staff

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters and resource allocation for project phases
• Discuss and establish work plan with staff; assign duties, scope of authority, and provide technical advice/troubleshooting
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budget; review status reports and adjust as needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned
