Audubon in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Community Manager to lead resident services and oversee leasing, collections, and financial reporting for an assigned residential community.

You will manage day-to-day leasing, attend to resident concerns, oversee make-ready units, and ensure accurate financial records and timely reports. This role requires strong leadership, integrity, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years’ experience as multi-family community manager.
• Working knowledge of Entrata or other property management software.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver's license.
• Proven ability to market communities and strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day leasing operations.
• Inspect community regularly and verify vacant unit condition to minimize rental arrears.
• Manage daily community requirements and long-range capital improvements.
• Ensure all monies received are deposited and recorded daily and bookkeeping procedures followed.
• Compile weekly/monthly community status reports.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns, comments, and/or complaints.
• Prepare move-in paperwork, keys, and remotes for new residents.
• Operate the office in a professional, clean, and well-staffed manner.
• Inspect make-ready apartments prior to move-in.
• Enforce occupancy policies and procedures.
• Maintain or create a resident renewal program to encourage retention.
• Create a sense of community while maintaining non-fraternization policy.
• Prepare annual budgets and maintain financial reports.
• Manage community maintenance with service team.
• Organize inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Oversee improvement projects and manage repair requests.
• Maintain permits for operating the community (pool, elevator, etc.).
