Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in property management, specifically as a Community/Leasing or Regional Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the apartment community and staff.
• Collaborate with leasing consultants and regional marketing to implement marketing strategies.
• Conduct tours and show apartments to prospective residents.
• Process applications, lease documents, and rental payments; coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Resolve resident and employee issues professionally; uphold Fair Housing laws.
