Qualificações

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in retail business banking, business banking, treasury management, or related financial services.
• Knowledge of business deposit products, treasury management services, merchant services, and cash management solutions.
• Ability to analyze business financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow information to identify lending opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deepen business relationships through active prospecting, branch referrals, and client relationships.
• Partner with branch staff and internal partners to identify and refer business clients with deposits, treasury management, and lending needs.
• Manage a portfolio of business clients through appointments, outreach, and reviews.
• Provide advice on business deposit accounts, cash management, merchant services, and payroll solutions.
• Identify and support lending opportunities including SBA, term loans, lines of credit, owner-occupied CRE, and Smart Loan Program up to $1M.
