The role involves site visits, managing annual disclosures and financial statements, reviewing reports, coordinating meetings, and communicating clearly by phone, email, and in person. Applicants should have strong Microsoft Office skills and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Community Management, customer service, hospitality or related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong business correspondence skills (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling).
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as or oversee liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Travel to client associations for board meetings, inspections, walk-throughs, and events.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, meeting notices, and financial statements.
• Review monthly financial reports and submit management summaries to the board.
• Provide recommendations to the board on major capital expenditures.
