Job summary

Associa is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our team in Manalapan, NJ. You will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments.

To be successful in this role you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects. The Community Association Manager helps the company grow by serving as primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners, traveling to client associations for board

Qualifications

• Experience in Community Management or related industry.
• Proficiency in professional business communication (grammar, structure, punctuation).
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as or oversee liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Travel to client associations to attend board meetings, conduct inspections, and attend community events as required.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notices, and annual financial statement packages for homeowners and arrange bulk mailing within deadlines.
• Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the association Board of Directors.
• Provide recommendations to the Association Board and committees regarding major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operation.
