Job summary

Roof Services & Solutions, a Tecta America Company, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Coordinator in St. Louis, MO.

You will support project management throughout the lifecycle, handling administration, contracts, bonding, insurance, billing, and compliance to help ensure success. The role requires 3+ years in construction or roofing, strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in construction, roofing, project coordination, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multi-priority management skills.
• Problem solving, meeting deadlines with urgency.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with PM software, CRM systems, or CM platforms preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing materials, systems, and practices.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to visit active construction and roofing sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to production and project management teams.
• Assist with bids, contracts, bonding, insurance, and startup documentation.
• Create and maintain project records, purchase orders, subcontractor files, and customer documentation.
• Prepare and submit project billings, lien waivers, and other customer paperwork.
• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, prequalification packages, licenses, and certifications.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support project closeout activities and ensure documentation is completed.
• Assist with month-end reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a backup for office administrative functions as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
