Job summary

Roofing Services and Solutions is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Coordinator in St. Louis, MO to support project lifecycles from award to closeout. You will assist Project Managers with contracts, documentation, billing, and compliance to ensure smooth project execution.

The role requires 3+ years in construction or roofing coordination, strong organization, and excellent communication skills. A valid driver's license and willingness to visit active job sites are important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 3+ years in construction, roofing, project coordination, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to solve problems, follow through on tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management software or CRM systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to production and project management teams.
• Assist with bids, contracts, bonding, insurance, and project startup documentation.
• Create and maintain project records, purchase orders, subcontractor files, and customer documentation.
• Prepare and submit project billings, lien waivers, and other paperwork.
• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, prequalification packages, licenses, and certifications.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support month-end reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a backup for office administrative functions as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
