The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in commercial property management, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; Yardi Voyager

Qualifications

• 3–5 years or more of commercial property management experience across asset types.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat; experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
• Excellent communication and team-oriented mindset; detail-focused and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine maintenance and repair work across properties.
• Oversee vendor performance and maintain professional relationships.
• Solicit and manage bids for maintenance and capital improvements.
• Conduct site inspections and document findings with recommended actions.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs with proper documentation.
• Review leases for compliance and manage rent collections when needed.
• Prepare operating budgets and CAM reconciliations; use Yardi Voyager for reporting.
