Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail property management.
• CPM designation is not required but would be a positive qualification.
• Interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with tenants and service providers.
• Financial management skills to analyze budgets and expenditures.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, maintenance, administration, and improvements of commercial properties.
• Oversee lease administration, rent collection, and reporting.
• Prepare budgets, monitor variances, and process invoices.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and property standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to complete tasks on schedule.
