Leeds Professional Resources seeks an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in Florida. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, tenant relationships, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will balance owners and tenants needs, coordinate maintenance and capital plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving value and efficiency across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Property Management or related field preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial leases, tenant relations and building operations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Outlook) and property management software a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties (office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use).
• Manage tenant relationships and lease administration, including renewals and escalations.
• Coordinate maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, and vendor management.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets, forecasts, and capital projects.
• Review invoices and vendor contracts; ensure compliance with policies.
• Produce regular property and financial reports for ownership and senior management.
• Identify opportunities to improve operating performance and tenant satisfaction.
