ICO Group of Companies is seeking an organized Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations across commercial, industrial, and retail properties. You will be the main contact for tenants and vendors, coordinating maintenance and vendor services while supervising on-site staff.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional tenant service, and helps maintain high property standards. This is an on-site role with travel between properties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of assigned commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants and vendors, delivering exceptional service.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services for timely resolution.
• Manage and track work orders through Commercial Café to completion.
• Conduct monthly property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Supervise building engineers, janitorial staff, and service providers.
• Assist with rent collection efforts and delinquency reporting.
• Review invoices and support accounts payable and tenant bill-backs.
