Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in commercial property management, strong communication, and the ability to travel between properties and stay on-call for emergencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in property management in a commercial real estate environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Travel between properties frequently and be on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned commercial/industrial properties.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants and vendors; respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Direct daily supervision of building engineers and janitorial staff.
• Manage work orders and general expense management.
• Perform property inspections and related tasks.
