Job summary

Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC is seeking a Commercial Lines Team member to support the day-to-day servicing of clients by ensuring accurate processing, documentation, and communication across all aspects of policy management.

This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. You will organize mail, review policies, process endorsements, produce proof of insurance, and maintain records while following SOPs in a growth‑oriented, people‑first culture.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License within 60 days of hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, agency systems, and carrier platforms.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Organize and label mail in ImageRight
• Review new/renewal policies
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and audits
• Generate proof of insurance
• Respond promptly to service requests
• Maintain detailed records in agency systems
