Job summary

Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC is seeking a Commercial Lines Marketer who collaborates with Commercial Lines Sales Executives to identify the best markets and information required to place new accounts promptly.

You will help gather quotes, coordinate carrier submissions, and prepare proposals to support sales efforts. The role is full-time and on-site in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, operating Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with opportunities to engage in process improvements and carrier

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License is required.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in commercial insurance.
• Previous quoting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Executive to provide updates on upcoming submissions and request any outstanding items.
• Follow-up with carriers so quotes are delivered on time; negotiate coverage/pricing/add-ons; verify quotes match requested coverage.
• Track marketing activities with complete applications and forms; maintain documentation.
• Provide top 3-5 quotes and any requested quotes to Sales Executive.
• Create timely proposals to enable Sales Executive to make revisions; ensure accurate information in proposals.
• Bind coverage on sold policies; issue no-go letters to other carriers; hand over to Account Executive.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers; comply with SOPs and Best Practices.
