Job summary

Relation Insurance, Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator for Commercial Lines in Tulsa, OK. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness of policy documents, renewals, and day-to-day servicing while acting as the primary administrative contact for client policies.

As part of the Account Management team, you’ll review policies, assist with renewals, and maintain files with high accuracy. Travel may be required, and a Property & Casualty license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license required and must be maintained.
• AINS and/or CISR designation preferred.
• High School Diploma required; four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of client service experience in commercial lines.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus or required in some locations.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with agency management and online rating systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Serves as initial client contact and manages policy documents.
• Assists Account Management with renewals and client inquiries.
• Maintains accurate client files and documentation.
• Supports carriers and clients on endorsements, audits, and cancellations.
